SMS Notification Terms

These terms govern the EMAA SMS notification program operated by BRG Management LLC for registered service vendors of the EMAA platform (emaa.vip / emaa.io).

Program description. EMAA sends transactional text messages about your own work on the platform: job offers, schedule confirmations and changes, on-site status updates, and payment confirmations. No marketing or promotional content is sent.

Opt-in. SMS notifications are off by default. You opt in by adding your phone number to your account profile and enabling SMS in your notification preferences (Account → Notifications). Messages are only sent to numbers supplied by the account holder.

Message frequency varies with your activity on the platform.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you text STOP, we send one confirmation message and you will receive no further texts. You can also disable SMS (per channel or entirely) in your notification preferences at any time. To opt back in after texting STOP, text START to the same number and make sure SMS is enabled in your notification preferences — the in-app toggle alone cannot re-enable a number that texted STOP.
